   In no event shall CrystalMass be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. We shall not be liable for any damages resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, or any other intangible losses.

   You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CrystalMass and its employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

   We reserve the right to terminate our services to any client at any time, without notice, for any reason.

   These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada.
